SJT Management Consulting (Pty) Ltd was established in August 2014 to primarily offer management consulting services to corporate clients. Through the years, the company has evolved into a logistics, mining, and disruptive technology supply company. In 2018, SJT was appointed by Plantcor Mining (Pty) Ltd to provide coal haulage services from Optimum Kwagga Mine, Rietkuil, Mpumalanga, and Groenvlei Mine, Belfast, Mpumalanga, to various sidings and wash plants in and around Mpumalanga Province. SJT is currently servicing the contract with a 12-subcontracted Fleet. ​

In 2022, SJT was appointed by Mashwayi Projects (Pty) Ltd as its preferred partner to haul coal from Weltevreden mine to various sidings. In 2024, SJT was appointed by multiple mines to market and sell, to sell coal and magnetite. SJT also holds offtake agreements for multiple mines in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

SJT currently provides 10 direct employment opportunities while providing 25 indirect employment opportunities through its subcontractors and consultants
Our Principles

The plan will also assist Executive management in determining whether deliverables are being produced to an acceptable quality level and if the project process used to manage the deliverables is effective and properly applied. The quality plan will also take into account the legislative requirements to meet service levels.

Followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimise, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximise the realization of opportunities.
